Guayama Laboratory & Support Overview

Laboratories
The Quality Operations laboratories were commissioned in March 2006.  The 26,000 SF design includes dedicated sample preparation, documentation work space and reduction for any potential inter-lab cross contamination.  The main functions of the laboratories include in-process, finished product and stability testing.  The lab also tests packaging materials and components, performs microbiological testing and provides analytical support for validation activities and compendial method verification.  Laboratory data is collected, stored and reported in a LIMS system.
